SubscriberHi Everyone,
I have a problem in Spaceclaim. I have imported a Faceted body into Spaceclaim, and converted it to a volume. However, the volume is not parallel to the coordinate system. Even you can see that the plan that has crossed its middle is not parallel my object's body. How can I align the object to this plane, or coordinate system?
Thank you all in advance.

SubscriberHi Madi, did you ever figure out how to specifically align an object with the global coordinates? I cannot find an instructional video that shows me that specific thing.Â

SubscriberHi Hilary, in SpaceClaim, look on the Assembly tab. If you put the object in a component, you can use the Tangent tool on the Assembly tab to align a surface or plane in the component with a plane on one of the global axes. You might need to use the Move tool to manually get the the planes roughly parallel, then the Tangent tool will make them exactly parallel.
